Hello, my name is Amethyst Rain! I am a new stylist to the area and I am eager to build not just a clientele but a family here in Petaluma. I started my journey assisting with a group of amazing Master Stylist’s at a luxurious salon in Marin County immediately after graduating cosmetology school. I have been thoroughly refined in styling, cutting and blonding/coloring. I understand the importance of continued education and I am constantly looking for new opportunities to learn, grow and thrive as a hairstylist!
My drive and passion is focused primarily on making you feel beautiful and confident! I am the ultimate empath and my compassion and care will help you feel at ease and will allow you to be your most comfortable self. I have a natural healing touch and one thing my clients always take away, is the magic “masseuse” hands you will be pampered with. I take pride in my intimate scalp massages and am grateful I can provide such a distinctive experience.
My goal is not only to make you feel truly beautiful and calm, it is also to help you maintain vibrant, rich and healthy hair! My comprehension of your wants and needs will help us achieve the best result and my attention to detail will show with every sit in my chair. “Amethyst is an incredible artist, that clearly respects and honors her craft. She started out by asking me about what I love and dislike about my hair. We talked about my goals for my hair, the amount of listening this poor woman went through was incredible. She truly listened and took to heart my needs and wants. I walked into there feeling apprehensive and nervous but I saw her finishing up a coloring that looked amazing and started to feel at ease. I feel so good about my hair right now, I want to go out just to show it off. Honestly one of the best cuts I've ever had in my 38 years. I asked my partner what he thought, who couldn't care less and hasn't gotten a cut by a professional in over 15 years, and he said "It looks fun and playful."
