CANCELLATION POLICY

Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged 75% of their service amount. The cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file or invoiced. Invoices must be paid in full before rebooking with any service provider in the salon.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

The safety of our staff and clients is our top priority. As such, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. Customer satisfaction is also extremely important to us. If we feel that we cannot meet your expectations, or that the service you are requesting could compromise the integrity of your hair and or skin, we will respectfully decline services. Thank you for your understanding.

CHILDREN

Due to the size of our space & general salon hazards - it is strongly encouraged that parents visit the salon without their children. Children pose a safety issue. We work in an environment that has sharp scissors, razors, chemicals, and hot styling tools. If something were to happen to your child, it would not only be devastating to you and your family; it would be equally devastating to us. We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment due to concerns around safety.
Unfortunately, we do not offer services to children under the age of 13.

HEALTH & SAFETY

At Fox and the Hair, our team of professionals want to make sure you and our staff are protected. We strictly follow all California, Sonoma County, and CDC guidelines pertaining to safety.

  • It’s important that you are healthy and feeling well. If you are not feeling well or start showing any signs of sickness, please reschedule your appointment.

  • Plan to come to all appointments alone. No guests including children will be allowed at your appointment. If you show up with a guest, they will be asked to leave. This includes children of all ages.

  • We want you to feel comfortable and safe. Although the mask mandate has been lifted, if you would prefer your stylist to wear a mask, please do not hesitate to ask!

  • For everyone's health and safety the salon will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. High traffic areas throughout the day. Repetitive use areas after each client.
